Montauk, Long Island first introduced Salt Therapy in 2014 after our founder Shannon Coppola was searching for a remedy for her son who suffered from severe allergies. Someone recommended they try salt therapy. Being that the closest salt cave at that time was in New Jersey, the only logical step was to open our own salt cave in Montauk; which soon after expanded to Huntington.
Since we opened in 2014, we have had the pleasure of meeting so many people from different walks of life, all seeking an outlet for healing, rest and relaxation. We are so grateful to be able to share this magical oasis with anyone who needs Long Island. At this time only our Huntington location is open and thriving, visit us here for all your salty needs!
